Returns and Exchanges
Need to return or exchange something you just received? No problem! Please read through our policies below, and of course contact us if you have any questions. While we do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please keep in mind that ABELLA is a growing company and may not have the same return and exchanges policies that you'll find at big box stores.

Return Policies
Timeline for exchange:
You will be eligible for a refund or exchange (note: all merchandise must have all tags attached) only if the product reports and delivers back to us within 7 business days from the day the order was delivered to you. Please provide us the tracking number once the product is delivered back to us.
As for refunds, amount will only be refunded as store credit to abella.my. If the refund or exchange arrives after 5 business days of the day the order was originally delivered, it will be refused.
What can't be returned or refunded:
Items described as "Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.
Inner wear/swimsuit cannot be returned or refunded due hygienic issue.
Any worn, soiled, altered, washed, or customer-damaged items cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued. If customers refused to pay for the shipping costs, the merchandise will be forfeited.
Return shipping charges information:
Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error.
Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.
Returns on orders that utilise free shipping will be subject to additional shipping costs or a reduction in store credit.
Returns Process:
Just follow the steps below for an easy return!
1. Contact our Customer Service via Website Live Chat or by submitting an email to us between the hours of 9AM-6PM, Monday through Saturday.
2. Customer Service will issue you an RA# (Return Authorisation) after you contact us via phone or email.
3. Write your RA# on the outside of the package you are returning and include a copy of your receipt inside.
4. Ship your package back to:
B-13-17, PV 20 Platinium Lake Condo, No 5, Jalan Usahawan 2, Off Jalan Genting Klang, 53200, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
* Please ship with tracking and provide us the tracking number; we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.
5. You will be issued a credit memo stating the amount returned to your store credit account within 7-10 business days of us receiving your return.
