How do I pay for my order?

We do accept internet bank transfer / Cash Deposit. An order confirmation email will be sent to you via our site once you place your order and please make your payment according to the banking details stated in the email within 24 hours.

Once you’ve made payment, please proceed with notifying us through Whatsapp / Email or Web Live Chat.

For customers using Internet banking, we require your account name as well as transaction reference number to complete verification.

​

For customers using ATM transfers, it is compulsory to attach a snapshot of the ATM receipt to complete verification. If you’re making a cash deposit payment and have to bank-in a round figure, we will return your change via cash in your parcel.

How do I make payment by using Debit / Credit Card?

Not available at the moment.

How long it takes to verify my payment?

Please kindly give us up to 24 hours to verify your payment, do take note that Sunday is not our working day.

What if I cannot make payment within 24 hours but still interested to get the items?

Kindly email us at customer.abella@gmail.com if you cannot make payment within 24 hours. We will extend the payment up to maximum 48 hours for you.
