How long will my parcel take to be mailed out after my payment is being verified?
We will mail out your parcel the next working day after your payment being verified. An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.

Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. 

All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number and arrange for re-delivery with post office or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully. All parcels will be returned to us if being undelivered after 5 working days. 

*Do take note that, we are not responsible for the re-delivery charges. Please keep tracking your parcel once it being mailed from us.
 
What is the shipping cost within Malaysia?
We offer FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY throughout Malaysia for all orders above RM150 (west) and RM180 (east). 
For orders below RM150, shipping fee is charged at rate by weight basis.

How long will my parcel take to reach me after being mailed out? 
For all Malaysia orders, all items will be mailed out by using express mail which takes 1-3 working days to reach.

 

For backorder we will mail out your order as soon as the backorder items reach us. If the exact stock arrival date is earlier or later than the date that we have estimated, we will inform via SMS or EMAIL
 
Do you provide COD/Self Collection?
We don’t provide COD.
